Job Description Provide administrative support to the HR department, preparing documents and managing correspondences Support HR team with onboarding, background checks and references Assist with reports for audits and compliance reviews Support employee relations activities Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant Experience with HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Workday, Taleo, Kronos, or similar platforms Strong data collection and analysis skills This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the HR department Ability to Commute the Financial District of Manhattan Heavy focus on: data entry/spreadsheet management/HRIS- queries/new hires entries/file management.
