A company within the oil and gas midstream sector is hiring a HR Analyst to join their team in The Woodlands.
The HR Analyst will provide analytical support to the HR Business Partner and HR Technology and Data teams.
Daily responsibilities include processing transactions in SuccessFactors & Fieldglass, preparing and presenting reports to HR business partners, and managing the onboarding process for new hires in SuccessFactors.
This individual must also ensure HR data integrity but managing and correcting any data issues within HR systems.
The HR Analyst will work a hybrid schedule (2 days remote, with half days on Fridays).
