This is it! Burnett Dairy Cooperative, a farmer-owned cooperative since 1896, is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join its team in Grantsburg, WI.
As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the administrative functions of the office including answering phones, organizing files, managing records, data entry and data maintenance.
In addition, you will assist with the recruitment process, new employee orientation, benefit administration, employee relations, leave administration, and records management.

Job Duties:
•Manage all aspects of the recruitment process for non-exempt and temporary personnel
•Oversee new employee onboarding, including start dates, paperwork, training, and job-specific details
•Manage and update employee records and information in the HRIS system as needed
•Administer insurance benefits and 401(k) plans, including life event updates and coverage changes
•Assist with leaves of absence ensuring all required documentation is complete and shared with managers
•Prepare bi-weekly payroll by reviewing timecards, entering garnishments, and adjusting salaries
•Maintain and secure records, both manually and electronically, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Job Requirements:
•High school diploma, required
•2+ years of previous administrative experience, required
•Bilingual Spanish, required
•Previous manufacturing HR experience, preferred
