Description Roles & Responsibilities: Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department 5 days a week onsite.
Administrative support for new hire onboarding Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination (coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees, exit interviews) Administrative coordinator of key HR documentations and signatures Ensuring compliance of all HR-related documentation with employment and labor laws Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, company social events Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
Handle confidential & non-routine information with ease and discretion.
Assist in the preparation of data presentation related to HR metrics and performance data May perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated Able to work independently or part of a team; prior experience collaborating with international team members desirable.
