Our client, a consulting firm for nonprofits in the area, is looking for an HR Admin to join their team! This role is onsite in Milford with permanent potential, and is paying 20-21/hr depending on experience. The person in this role will support the director of HR/Payroll, will speak to various groups regarding consulting, and is expected to work within Excel and Word.
Responsibilities Processes and tracks all Human Resources related paperwork of new hires in HRIS system. Ensures all necessary employment information is received timely. Enters in ADP/HRIS system. Processes employee terminations including updating HR System and benefits (Medical/Dental/Retirement), mails unemployment information. Monthly and Quarterly Reporting: Works with Human Resources staff to generate and distribute reports to client companies and directors.Weekly notifies IT and Credentialing of new hires and terminations.Performs annual OIG and HIRD audit, updates HR system as requiredProvides coverage of front desk receptionist duties as needed.Filing and maintenance of I-9 files and CORI filesBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
