Primary Responsibilities: In this role, you will focus on providing high-quality, timely, and consistent support for internal customers through the HR Helpdesk.
This position involves handling inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training, ensuring a smooth employee experience across multiple locations.
Additionally, you will support HR operations and process automation, and collaborate on global and regional HR initiatives.
Skills & Requirements: Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide white glove support.Experience in HR service delivery and operations.Ability to handle inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training.Proficiency in managing HR Helpdesk functions.Experience collaborating on global and regional HR initiatives. Provide high-quality, timely, and consistent support for internal customers through the HR Helpdesk.Handle inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training.Support the team in the functional and technical management of the HR Helpdesk.Deliver white glove support to internal customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.Collaborate on global and regional HR initiatives, such as US Open Enrolment, Global Wellness Week, and other annual HR programs (e.g., Goal Setting, Performance Management, Compensation Planning).
