Responsibilities
• Generate reports and analyze metrics• Develop solutions, programs, and policies• Assist with maintenance of benefits programs• Act as subject matter expert in HR policies and benefits• Facilitate employee benefit open enrollment• Communicate with benefit vendors• Coordinate onboarding and exiting process• Ensure all processes are complete• Assist employees and management with HR and benefit inquiries
Requirements
• Must be detail oriented• Must be a self-starter• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Able to relate to diverse workforce• 2-3 years of HR and benefits administration experience required• Bachelor's Degree preferred• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus• Actively update and maintain HRIS database and personnel files• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
