We are actively searching for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our corporate HR team at the company's Business Service Center (BSC) located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA. Successful candidates will have an HR Generalist background and will support the Sr. HR Director in establishing and executing HR programs and initiatives to drive business results, increase engagement and enhance LG Chem as a great place to work. This position partners closely with senior leaders and all HR team members to provide both strategic and tactical support. The successful candidate will have aminimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources Experience (HR Generalist)and key to this role is experience withGlobal Mobilityto support international employees relocating to the US. This position requires the incoming to be bilingual Korean-English; fluent in both languages.Advanced Excel skills and experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) are required.

Responsibilities
Global Mobility
• Lead orientation to provide seamless transition for Expats new assignments
• Prepare for Expats arrival or departure
• Setup SSN, Driver's License, Housing and community questions
• Share LG Chem Corporate materials with Managers to explain the program in depth
Annual Goal Setting and Performance Management
• Lead annual goal setting process and manage mid-year and end-of-year process
• Initiate goal setting and performance templates in Success Factors as needed
• Roll out communication and launch of each process to Managers and Employees setting expectations, completion and deadline
• Prepare and rollout training on each process
• Track and ensure completion of each by deadline
• Manage Calibration of performance ratings according to T/O from HQ
• Track status and maintain reports when requested
HPI Process (Hi-Potential Individual Program)
• Provide comprehensive rollout of HPI Process
o Introduce program to Managers. Provide details of the program, goals, outcomes and requirements for nominees.
o Review HPI materials with managers and nominees to ensure nominees are fully apprised of the program
o Schedule interviews of nominees with Senior HR Leader
o Return information to HQ and follow up with nominees on their selection or non-selection result

Experience Requirements / Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience
• 3-5+ years' US Corporate HR experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist working within a matrixed environment highly preferred
• Expert knowledge with SuccessFactors required. Must have hands-on experience teaching/training users.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (SAP_ERP), ADP.Advanced Excel experience required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Adaptability and agility in dealing with diverse cultures
• Bilingual English/Korean is required
