About the role:
The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for assisting in all Human Resources administrative functions for SIS employees and management and perform special projects as assigned.
This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
•Onboard new hires, including ensuring the accuracy of new hire paperwork and all other employee related documents
•Maintain electronic HRM personnel files including licensing requirements
•Address ad hoc employee and management Human Resources questions, as well as resolve basic or filter complex personnel issues to the appropriate parties
•Perform audits on employee-related files in coordination with other departments
•Perform other related duties as required
As a candidate you must have:
•Have an Associate's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
•Have experience in a general office setting with clerical or related experience
•Be detail-oriented
•Possess the ability to function in stressful situations
•Have excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills required
