Job Responsibilities: Responsible for payroll administration. Oversee maintenance of personnel files and HRIS system. Promotes Associates relations by planning and coordinating events. Assist with hourly recruiting efforts and on boarding. Administers benefit programs, including communication, record keeping and reporting. Prepares internal and external reporting regarding workforce data, EEO, attendance, etc. Other administrative and office duties which may be assigned. Education, Training, and Experience: Minimum of 4 years HR experience. Associates degree in related field a plus. Manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Technical knowledge of employee relations, benefit administration, recruiting, selection, and training. Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills. Working Conditions:
