Murgado Automotive Group, a leading automotive dealership group with locations across five states is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in Laguna Niguel, CA. This position would be working for Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel and Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and resolving employee issues.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication.
Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bilingual (Spanish)
