Hr Data Coordinator Intern

DURATION:  estimated 5 weeks for 20 hours per week (days/hours somewhat flexible)
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Transfer, file, and archive employee and candidate records Pull data from source HR platforms and save in new platforms and/or SharePoint files Assist in organizing and categorizing documents, ensuring easy access and navigation for employees. Special projects as assigned. ABOUT YOU: College level courses in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field Familiarity with data management software and data operations Strong data analysis and research skills Stellar communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy Excellent organization Advanced understanding of SharePoint and experience with SharePoint online. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Reveleer E-Verifies all new hires.
