Hr Department Assistant

Overview:

Pol-Tex, a division of Poly America, L.P., is currently seeking an HR Department Assistant.
Poly America produces several lines of plastic products including high quality trash bags and construction films.
A successful candidate must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
HR Department Assistants at Pol-Tex are responsible for assisting with recruiting, and new hire orientation, data entry using MS excel and AS400, screening calls in support of HR Manager at the company, and possibly assisting with other projects as needed.
The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

Proficient in MS Office products.
Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision.
Provide administrative support to multiple department managers when needed.
Professionally handling phone calls and administrative duties.
