Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Lead employee relations efforts, including addressing and resolving employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and supports employee engagement and well-being. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance evaluation processes. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance issues, and career development. Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in Real World Evidence or related fields. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of talent acquisition and retention strategies, performance management, and employee engagement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated experience in coaching and advising leaders and managers on HR-related matters. Ability to navigate through ambiguity and proactively identify and solve problems.
