Role Overview:
As HR Director, you will:
Oversee various HR management facets including employee relations, operational efficiency, community partnerships, and licensure compliance.
Lead HR Business Partners and HR Investigators, focusing on employee relations, compliance, investigations, and legal claims management.
Implement strategic process improvements and ensure adherence to employment laws.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in HR with a deep understanding of employment law.
Strategic thinker with a process improvement mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
