Reports to the President of PROFIL, and closely supports the Plant Manager of PROFIL and Director of HR for the Penn Engineering Teams.
This is a dual-purpose role, where one half of this role will support the HR Team with a variety of HR administrative support needs including but not limited to the following: Managing HR documents & employee correspondence HRIS database management Facilitates new hire orientation and onboarding Supports key talent/performance management processes Coordinates employee team building and recognition activities and programs to support our vision of building a best place to work The other half this role will support the Production Team with a variety of administrative support needs including but not limited to the following: Travel coordination Manage specific meetings and events - logistics, agendas, food, drink, snacks, office supplies Creating PowerPoint business updates Manage company fleet car schedule Creates a variety of detailed management reports and analyzes the data for trends.
Provides guidance and support across the organization, leading by example in all interactions Assist with Ad hoc projects as needed WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Business, Business Administration or equivalent work experience 5 years of experience supporting senior level managers/leaders, preferably in a public organization The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with extreme confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will possess superior organizational abilities, advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and strong communication skills amongst all levels Proven administrative experience and background Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); with advanced working knowledge of excel Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task / prioritize work Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
