Overview:

Human Resources Generalist- Employee and Labor Relations The HR Generalist position administers several critical human resources functions and workforce management, including but not limited to employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, performance management, policies and procedures, and employee engagement.

Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO Administer and implement Human Resources policies and procedures, including corrective actions Ensure compliance with labor relations regulations Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Monitor, audit and follow to all coaching engagements Coach, train, and mentor on employee engagement and investigations Partners with legal in preventing and resolving both Employee and Labor Relations issues Administer and rollout annual performance management programs in conjunction with HQ Human Resources.
Collaborate with team members within all areas of the organization

Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education or experience.
5-7 years of HR Experience
3-5 years of Employee Relations Experience
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE 2-3 years working in a Union Environment Kronos & WorkDay experience The ability to be highly creative, motivated, and collaborative Thrive on the energy that comes with leading change ABOUT YOU Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with PC skills: Excel, Word and HRIS/Database management.

At Wallenius Wilhelmsen and across our businesses, salaries are determined by position, level, location, and similar factors.
The pay or salary range listed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum projected rate of pay for the specific position across our United States locations.
Equally as important, as a team member, individual earnings may consider knowledge, skills, abilities, work location and related factors.
The current salary for this position is $90,000-$105,000.
Wallenius Wilhelmsen team members are also eligible for annual merit-based salary adjustments, and participation in competitive benefit programs.
Some roles in the company may offer an additional annual bonus.

Salary or pay ranges are separate from bonus opportunities and/or benefit plans.
