The HR Generalist will handle various HR related responsibilities including but not limited to pre-employment onboarding, streamlining corporate policies and processes, employee relations, and terminations. We are seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented individual who loves to continuously improve their own process. \n ResponsibilitiesFacilitate pre-employment onboarding including new hire paperwork and background checks.Enter new hires into ADP and other applicable systems.Coordinate orientation and create 1st day details for new hiresProcess status changes, termination paperwork, and file Employee Action Forms.Update candidate profiles in ADPGrant access, update and approve employee timecardsAssist in developing and executing corporate policies, processes, and proceduresCreate and send out employee check-in surveys and host phone calls to touch base with recently hired employees.Field/address employee questions, comments, and concernsCollect/file clinician documents and I-9 documentsCreate, organize, and maintain employee personnel files.Send out proof of employment letters, termination letters, and other items as requested.Submit and file workers compensation casesCreate monthly newsletter and distribute companywideInterview employee of the month winners for inclusion in monthly newsletterPresent for employee terminations to ensure proper protocolMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.Work on other projects pertaining to Human Resources as assigned.
