Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Description
This person will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employment verification, background checks, benefits administration, open enrollment, unemployment tracking, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR laws.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and be able to maintain and improve existing systems.
Looking for someone who comes from a construction/manufacturing/shop background and has worked with people from all walks of life, from entry-level hands-on workers to the C-suite level.
