Description Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Oversee and execute performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement succession plans, identifying key talent and supporting long-term growth.
Collaborate with departments to assess workforce needs and develop strategies for meeting staffing requirements.
Lead efforts to increase employee engagement, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and employee retention.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including union labor laws.
Manage union-related matters, including grievances, negotiations, and fostering positive relationships with union representatives.
Champion diversity initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains diverse talent.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure the organization adheres to all federal and state regulations.

Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Union experience is required. A minimum of 4-7 years of HR Generalist experience, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
