Key responsibilities are listed below:
\n Office CoordinationServe as a main point of contact for office-related needs and inquiries Manage office supplies, mail sorting, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance Coordinate meetings, events and team activities, including setup and logistics. HR AdministrationSupport recruitment by scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating candidate communications. Oversee onboarding, new hire paperwork, new hire orientation, offboarding, and personnel file maintenance.Administer benefits programs with the support of our broker, including open enrollment and employee support.Handle workers' compensation claims and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, etc.).Support the immigration process in coordination with legal counsel. Help develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with employment laws and company standards. Manage the People Partners inbox, respond to employee inquiries timely and escalate complex questions or issues as needed. Support the administration of our HRIS system, Rippling, including data entry, system enhancements, ongoing maintenance, and reporting. Employee Relations & SupportProvide policy guidance and support employee relations cases.Escalate complex issues as needed and maintain confidentiality. Compliance & ReportingCompliance & ReportingMaintain accurate records and generate HR reports.Support compliance audits as needed. Additional Responsibilities as Needed Support the HR team and the company with HR, Office Management, and Administrative needs. Qualifications3-5 years of experience in HR roles (HR coordinator, HR Generalist or HR Specialist) & office coordination. Strong understanding of employment laws, HRIS/ATS systems, & HR processes Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, able to handle confidential information. Proactive, driven, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.

The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $80,000 and $95,000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, job-related skills, related education, work location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and equity program, as applicable.
