The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving HR initiatives across the Davis facility, overseeing approximately 130 employees. The ideal candidate will possess a solid manufacturing background and demonstrate proven success in partnering with business leaders to deliver comprehensive HR solutions. Key Responsibilities:HR Leadership: Oversee all HR functions and provide strategic direction to support the company's objectives and growth.Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies.Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives to build and maintain a strong workforce.Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.Performance Management: Administer performance review processes, set clear expectations, and support professional development plans for staff.Compliance: Ensure company adherence to employment laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant HR regulations. Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment, with current or recent tenure in a similar role.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build effective relationships at all levels.Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Competencies: Ability to work independently, adapt to changing environments, and handle multiple priorities efficiently.Location:
