The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner, aligning HR functions with our manufacturing business objectives. This role requires a focus on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and collaboration with business leaders across multiple facilities.
This is an onsite role south of Farmington.
Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on organizational and personnel matters. Ensure consistent communication and implementation of HR policies throughout the organization. Oversee communication to employees regarding organizational changes, benefits, compensation, and policies. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and update HR policies and procedures. Manage the direction and administration of the organization's benefits and compensation programs. Conduct or support employee relations and compliance investigations. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, labor laws, and company policies. Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. Lead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with HRBPs and hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Support the implementation of talent development initiatives. Assess organizational needs and partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives accordingly. Develop and implement HR plans and programs. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Expertise in HR with multiple years in leadership. HR experience in a manufacturing setting is required. Master's degree and professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
