Job Overview
As the Human Resources Manager at Hawaii Family Dental, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's mission of treating team members and patients like family. You will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting employee growth and development.
Your Contributions Build rapport with managers and team members to ensure timely and efficient communicationSupport and process payroll for employees with different pay types (hourly, salary, contract, commission-based)Oversee and support benefits enrollment (medical, dental, 401k, supplemental)Conduct and support new hire orientations and onboardingSupport employee engagement communication and activitiesResolve employee concerns and conduct investigations as neededSupport 401(k) and WC auditsMaintain HR records and compile reports from HRISRemain current on HR practices including OSHA and other state and federal regulatory agenciesYour Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or business, or work equivalentAt least 5 years or more experience in Human Resources with 3 years in payroll processingProficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPaycom experience is highly desirableWho We Are Hawaii Family Dental is a locally owned and operated multi-specialty dental practice.
