Title: HR Manager
Basic Function & Responsibility We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources department in our Naugatuck, CT facility.
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization and will be part of a global team, being in charge of implementing global HR processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Global HR Processes: Implement locally the global projects/processes, including but not limited to implementing new HR systems, reporting, contribute to design global polices and procedures, fostering the Envipco's values.  HR Operations Management: Support the HR Director in overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to payroll, employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Support the HR Director in ensuring accurate and timely HR record-keeping and documentation. Talent Acquisition and Management: Support the recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. Develop and implement effective strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring plans. Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support as needed. Proactively address employee relations matters and workplace conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to enhance employee morale and team cohesion. Performance Management and Training: Manage the global performance evaluation process, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and performance feedback according to global guidelines. Identify training and development needs across the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as necessary. Compliance and Legal Matters: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements. Partner with legal counsel as needed to address HR-related legal issues and mitigate risks. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or allegations, ensuring fair and impartial resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field, experience in lieu of degree will be considered 5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.  Experience in International/Corporate environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. ADP Workforce Now experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
