Position Overview:

As an HR Officer at Arnold Packaging, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position is versatile and can accommodate candidates from entry-level to senior-level experience. The HR Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development.


Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating open communication. Support management in resolving conflicts and promoting a culture of cooperation. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to employees. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements. Ensure that employees are informed about policies and procedures. Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements. Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making processes. Corporate Social Responsibility: Participate in initiatives that promote community engagement and corporate social responsibility. Encourage employee involvement in volunteer opportunities and charitable activities. Key Requirements: Experience: Candidates with a range of experience from entry-level to senior-level are encouraged to apply. Relevant HR experience is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills from other fields. Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Personality Traits: We are looking for resilient and independent individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
