We are seeking an HR Programs Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a wide range of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a creative thinker who can work simultaneously on multiple projects, work cross-functionally with other departments to design and update HR programs, and ensure the programs align with the company's goals and values. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for creating a positive workplace experience through effective programs.
What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and implement HR programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, recognition, learning & development, career paths, retention programs, and others.
Maintain ongoing HR programs, ensuring that they are executed effectively, meet timelines, and align with organizational goals.
Develop and lead employee engagement surveys, processes, communications and recommend company initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and establish measurable metrics to track progress and impact.
Seek feedback from leaders and employees to understand needs and areas for improvement.
Design training content for learning and development programs that support employee/leader growth and career development.
Develop and maintain a career path program that aligns with company philosophy and allows employees and leaders to understand potential growth within the company.
Maintain and improve mentoring program ensuring its effectiveness for employee growth.
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and opportunities for skill development.
Develop metrics and reports to measure the success of HR programs and provide insights to senior leadership.
Analyze program data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic changes.
Maintain records and documentation for all HR programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Work closely with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR programs with overall business objectives.
Serve as a key point of contact for leaders and employees, providing guidance and support on program-related inquiries.
Support, as needed, the facilitation of employee trainings to enhance overall workplace engagement and growth.
Stay up to date with HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure programs remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in HR, with 2 years in program management or a related role.
Strong understanding of HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and learning and development programs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with creating content in various software tools.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with change management and organizational development.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plus.
