Hr Records Specialist

Position ** Educated Solutions Corp is seeking a detail-oriented HR Records Specialist to assist with a critical records management project at our premier healthcare client's corporate operations facility in Charlotte, NC. This role will begin with an essential document sorting and scanning project, handling 50-60 boxes of HR files to ensure all records are efficiently organized and accurately uploaded into our digital system. Following the completion of this project, the Specialist will receive training on system work and will be introduced to our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
Key * Sort, organize, and scan HR files accurately and efficientlyMaintain compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standardsSend out file boxes as required and track shipmentsLearn and assist with additional system-related tasks following project completionSupport HR team members in document management and ensure accurate record-keeping * Associates Degree ** At least 2 years of HR experience or 5 years of customer service experience***** Proficiency with HCM systems and comfortable handling physical and digital filesStrong attention to detail, organization skills, and commitment to accuracy
