Responsibilities Assist with organizing and consolidating employee records, managing the creation, archival, and destruction of records Accurately classify records, ensuring they are properly filed and in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations Streamline and migrate employee records from various systems into the company's centralized records system Review and digitize historical paper records, overseeing the secure destruction of physical copies once digitized Qualifications Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's is a plus!)
2+ years of experience with HR records and regulatory compliance Familiarity with federal/state labor and employment laws and regulations Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
