Hris Change Management & Communications

Job Summary:


- Position involves participation in the global implementation of HR SuccessFactors
- Resource required to attend meetings scheduled for Japan and Europe local time zones
- Candidate should be adaptable and flexible in work hours
- Expected to work a 40-hour workweek


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement communication strategies and change management for regional audiences
- Create and deliver communications to all employees
- Design and execute change communication plans
- Lead the creation of regional communication materials
- Collaborate with local and international teams for consistent messaging
- Manage all communications from HR initiatives
- Ensure all change communications align with the Global HR Vision and strategy


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in science, business, liberal arts or related field required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 10 or more years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or related roles required
- Experience supporting human resources or related function with communications preferred
- Healthcare communications experience preferred
- Relevant change management experience required
- Must have a proven track record executing change management for a large scale global HRIS project
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong relationship skills and the ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders required.
