JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly skilled HRIS Administrator for our HRIS Team.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to administer the Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Deduction modules.
To ensure success as an HRIS Administrator, you should possess relevant experience in Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Deduction modules as well as best practices.
A top-notch HRIS administrator will align information technology expertise with knowledge of human resources to optimize the practices of these areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Collaborating with the HR manager and other internal stakeholders for process improvements.Managing access and updating employee information.Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.Support Payroll and Operations areas by providing necessary controls and monitoring.Maintaining databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, and running reports as needed.Update employee profiles as needed.Tracking and implementing process improvements in the areas of Benefits, Time & Attendance, and other areas as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, LICENSE, and/or CERTIFICATION A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or similar. EXPERIENCE and/or KNOWLEDGE A minimum of 2 years experience in HRIS or similar functionsAdvanced proficiency in database managementVersed in benefits and time and attendance best practicesProficiency in HRM systems such as Workday, UKG, Paycom, ADP, or otherExperience in system integrations is preferred, but not required SKILL and/or ABILITIES Ability to speak and understand Spanish / English A highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently, but who also functions as a team memberDemonstrated ability to read and understand the documented processes and financialsExcellent writing and communication skills and conflict-resolution abilities TRAVEL

This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
Incumbents may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role and requires being able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
The person in this position is required to move/traverse inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
The person in this position regularly communicates with others in person, by phone, or by correspondence.
