What you will do:Develop and execute sales plans to achieve Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) sales targets.
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with brokers, customers and other third parties while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Attend employee open enrollment meetings onsite and via webinar.
Work with Product and Marketing team members to design and develop products and marketing/education materials to fit partner, employer and employee needs.
Act as a consultant to assist partners and employers with creating employee benefit plans to meet their unique needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the CDH, HSA, Health Account and Employee Benefits industries.
Must have understanding of Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Services Marketplace, including: Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish; Excellent listing, negotiation and presentation skills; Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
