Lycopodium Minerals are currently recruiting forHSE Advisorsto join our long-term lithium project in South West WA region on a 2:1 roster.

Reporting to the Lead HSE Advisor on site, the HSE Advisor will assist in maintaining HSE systems, schedules and data to support the delivery of safe projects, along with proactively encouraging a positive HSE culture across the company.
The tasks you'll perform:
Coordinate and report on HSE performance across all Projects and offices
Provide regular relief HSE support to sites as and when needed
Conduct HSE systems audits on site and report with recommendations
Monitor audit schedules and corrective action items for closure
Oversee incident reporting protocols and data management within INX
Facilitate project risk assessments
Align HSE Management Plans and training packages to client/project requirements
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
The expertise you'll bring:
Certifications or qualifications within the HSE / OHS space
Experience inEPC/EPCM/Client/Owneris desirable
Experience in SMP/Construction
Considerable HSE experience in a previous engineering / resources related environment
Thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
Well-developed technical writing and verbal communication skills
A desire to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, project and office personnel.
