This position requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities Support exercise project teams for exercise design, planning, conduct, and post-exercise reporting for both discussion-based and operations-based exercises in accordance with HSEEP methodology.
Direct facilitation of exercise meetings/events, and research, discussion and authoring of observations and recommendations for after-action reports and improvement plans in support of federal exercise leads.
Conduct trend analyses from exercise data, capturing innovative practices and lessons learned, and track implementation activities to be shared with a variety of agencies and organizations.
Communicate technically complex topics for a variety of audiences, including senior government officials.
Qualifications
Required: Master's degree with 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience Previous experience in Exercise planning and execution through application Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) methodology Proficient in SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Excellent communications skills, written and oral This position requires an active Secret clearance.
You must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred: Knowledge of laboratory processing of biological pathogen samples and understanding of the Laboratory Response Network/Integrated Consortium of Laboratory Networks
