Job Description:
Recruits and develops store leadership teams in partnership with the Division Managers.Primary recruiting focus on salaried store managers, Asst.
managers, and QSR leaders.Provide stores/DMs w/ training & support recruiting associates to maintain adequate staffing.Provide training in correlation with customer concerns when needed.Reports directly to the RD w/additional oversight from the HR Director.Seeks out and attends Job Fairs, two per month goal.Collaborate with state agencies, local colleges, and high schools for potential candidates.Coordinate and implement hiring events in stores or venues.Attend and assist coordinating training and safety meetings.Actively recruits through social media postings and follow up.Actively recruits current employees in similar industry on site.Provides weekly schedule to RD, HR, and DM'sIs provided weekly staffing updates from RD for key positions, and where priorities are.Keeps information and conversations highly confidential from those it does not concern.Promote, collaborate in the development of, provide support, and accountability with various training programsAssist with scheduling requirements by providing assistance with PDI and promoting accountability for schedules being completed 3 weeks out.Assist with RTO requirements by providing assistance with and promoting accountability for maintain the % completion of a minimum of 90% for the region.Visit each store quarterly to assess needs of each store in relation to training, staffing, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Division Manager is expected to fulfill all required job duties in a timely manner.
A level of commitment by the Division Manager is expected to ensure that the job is done properly.
* Each store must be visited no less than every 10 days.

* If a Division Manager is unable to make a store visit the Vice-President of Operations must be notified immediately.
* Division Manager checklists must be completed and turned in as specified.
* Cash audits performed monthly.
* Weekly itinerary completed and communicated to the Regional Director/Vice-President of Operations by 8:00 a.m. each Monday.
* All Division Managers must have and maintain a current valid drivers license, as travel is required, along with valid proof of insurance.
Driving records will be checked periodically.
Vehicles must be maintained and operational at times for safety standards.
* All Division Managers must consent and comply with the Drug Free Workplace Policy.

AUTHORITY

In order to perform the job to expectations, the Division Manager has the following authority:

* Select Store Managers, assistant managers and food service managers only after 100% of selection criteria has been met
* Recommend pricing and merchandising strategies
* Recommend salary, promotion and dismissal of associates
