Our Human Capital Management (HCM) offerings include: - Process design and optimization - HCM system strategy development - System selection and implementation management - System integration and optimization support - M&A/Transaction support including HR due diligence, merger integration, and carve out/stand up delivery The client-facing, HCM Consultant position will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Human Capital Management projects, including process design and optimization, vendor assessment and selection, data cleansing and analytics, system implementation and integration support, program management, and organizational change management and training. This role will help clients optimize and streamline HCM processes and technologies to achieve their diverse and evolving goals and strategies and allow for the greatest return on investments.
\n Who You Are:Bachelor's degree 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services or advisory roleDeep, practical knowledge of Human Capital processes, principles, and functionsHCM system implementation experience (at least one full lifecycle) preferred Process improvement and design experience in the HCM space including advising on leading practicesDomain experience in Total Rewards (Benefits and Compensation strategy and planning) and Payroll is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Products: advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skillsWorking knowledge of human capital management processes and trendsEntrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work in ever-changing, dynamic environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teamsAbility to develop, grow, and sustain client relationshipsDesire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, and other social/networking activities What You'll Do:Leverage business acumen to advise and guide clients through their transformation journey including HCM business process assessment and design (full hire-to-retire function), future-state road mapping, data strategy, system selection and implementation support, training, communications, and program and change managementSupport the implementation of leading, enterprise HCM technologies to improve the effectiveness of the HR functionAdvise on leading practice HCM processesFocus on a "business process first, technology second" mentality, ensuring business process consulting is woven into the fabric of projectsLead HCM transformation projects for mid-market and enterprise clients, interfacing with C-suite and executive-level sponsors and stakeholdersLead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions often as part of HCM software vendor selection to determine optimal system(s) to support the client's needs, growth trajectory, and visionEvaluate quality and scalability of HCM systemsTrain end-users on specific processes and applicationsManage and lead all aspects of the project life cycleContribute to proposals and business development activities and function as an HCM SME in meetings with prospective clients Provide mentorship and development opportunities to staffContribute to impactful internal practice-development initiativesCollaborate within a dynamic team environment
\n$120,000 - $210,000 a year
The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $ 210,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
