Human Resources Manager Responsibilities: Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed Any other duties as assigned Requirements: Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred Benefits: Health, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employees 401k Opportunities for advancement Complete Care at Prospect Heights is an equal opportunity employer.
