\n Requirements of the Human Resource/ Office Administrator: Two or four year college degree in business administration, human resources or related field. 1-3 years of Human Resource experienceHigh organization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPayroll experience is preferredComfortable running credit cards for avid exchangeExperience with I9's, workers compensation and PTO tracking ideal. Understanding of personnel and compliance records managementStrong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situationsExperience interviewing, onboarding and orientationExperience ordering supplies, doing inventory and helping management when neededAbility to maintain confidential filing systems.Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience. Ability to commute to Scarborough Maine daily, Monday – Friday.
