Responsibilities
• Stay up to date on federal and state wages and labor laws• Ensure company compliance with employment laws and regulations• Maintain accurate HR records and conduct regular audits• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and employee deductions• Coordinate and manage full life-cycle recruiting process• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters• Oversee workers' compensation claims and employee ADA accommodations• Administer employee health benefits programs• Address employee concerns and promote positive workplace culture
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in related field• 10+ years experience with increasing responsibility• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work with interruptions and changing priorities
