Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Human Resources Administrative Assistant Temp to hire 100% onsite Salary: $25-$30/hr.
(DOE) Our international manufacturing client seeks a flexible and team-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their HR team!
The ideal candidate is personable but professional and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes.
Create standard and ad hoc reports and perform audits of HR files for accuracy and compliance.
Plan and execute employee recognition events, conduct exit interviews, and analyze employee feedback through surveys.
Assist with general benefits management and conduct salary and benefits surveys.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations while managing sensitive employee documents and HR records.
Ad-hoc HR support and administrative tasks/projects as needed.
Qualifications At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or related setting.
Associate degree in business administration, human resources, or similar field preferred; SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR certification a plus.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and HRIS systems (Visio or similar preferred).
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
