Job Description: We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join our dealership's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing essential HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working in a family-friendly atmosphere and has a passion for people management. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, including benefits, performance reviews, and other HR-related documentation. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage employee benefits enrollment, and answer any related questions. Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are in line with federal, state, and local regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and other labor laws. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Training & Development: Assist with organizing employee training sessions and professional development initiatives. General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling, reporting, and supporting various HR initiatives. Qualifications: 6+ months of experience in HR, administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll management. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software or payroll systems is a plus. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Benefits: Competitive salary between $45,000 - $50,000 annually, based on experience. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
