Apex Systems is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to help guide a Top Client within their HR department. If interested please reach out to Erica Mokun, 9 month contract with potential for extension or conversion Hybrid, 3 days in office Dallas (Galleria area) Must sit on Apex W2 Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Bachelors' degree in Human resources or similar. Must have an understanding on managing compensation, benefits, payroll. Must have experience in investigations (harassment claims, retaliation claims, unprofessional conduct claims) Must Be able to have effective conversations with managers and help them through processes they may need. Be able to have hard conversations with managers if needed on why they can or cannot do something. 2-4 years of HR experience required. Experience with Salesforce, MS Office (outlook, excel, word), one note.
