Human Resources Associate

We are seeking a Human Resources Associate to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to children. As an HR Associate, you will focus on recruitment, hiring, and benefits administration, contributing to our team's efforts from a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing streamlined processes for hiring, orientation, onboarding, and training.
Maintain and update administrative procedures (SOPs) for HR, benefits, and payroll processes.
Collaborate closely with HR Specialists on benefits and payroll matters.
Provide timely responses to employee inquiries via various communication channels, serving as a knowledgeable resource.
Process HR documentation accurately and according to company protocols.
Support annual open enrollment activities.
Ideal Candidate:
Preferably holds an Associate's degree or has equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrates at least 2 years of experience in a dynamic environment handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
