Role Overview:
As a Human Resources Business Partner in our People Strategy division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and workforce dynamics. This hybrid position allows flexibility to work remotely while also requiring presence at various locations within the Portland Metro area for regular meetings and strategic sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and tailor the People & Culture strategy to align with the specific needs of the divisions you support.
Act as a strategic advisor and coach to senior executives, providing guidance on all aspects of People & Culture, including workforce engagement, talent planning, and the implementation of inclusive and innovative practices.
Collaborate closely with leaders across People & Culture to create and implement integrated solutions that address business priorities and enhance our diverse workforce.
Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making and the development of responsive workforce strategies.
Participate in virtual teams to push forward initiatives related to organizational growth, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and talent management.
Support the implementation of system-wide DEI strategies, ensuring they are understood and prioritized within your assigned divisions.
What We Look For:
A minimum of seven years' experience in human resources or a related operational role, with a solid background in multiple HR functions such as talent management, organizational development, employee relations, or leadership development.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree and certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
Strong ability to develop strategic HR plans and effectively communicate insights and plans across all levels of the organization.
Exceptional emotional and social intelligence, with the ability to manage high-stress situations and complex issues sensitively and effectively.
