About the role Oversee the recruitment process from start to finishManage communication between candidates and hiring managersEnsure interviews remain on schedule, rescheduling when necessarySupport all parties with ATS when necessaryEnhance the Talent Acquisition process through excellent supportCoordinate online background check completionHandle onboarding of new employees including distributing benefits, coordinating orientations, updating company phone lists, collecting paperwork, etc.Assist in payroll and prepare necessary HR reports and analyticsMaintain up to date information in HR Information SystemsSupport with special projects as needed About you 3-4 years of experienceFleuncy in Spanish requiredWork experience in a fast paced, hospitality company preferredFamiliarity with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition concepts and processesPrior experience working with ATS, HRIS, and social media recruiting platformsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ZoomOutstanding written and verbal communication skills Please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
