Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description: Title: HR Coordinator Location: Robinson, IL 62454 Duration: 6+ Months Contract Summary: Main Duties:
File and organize personnel documents
Support new hire orientation
o Collect documents for I9
o Assign employee ID numbers
o Copy handouts for policies, call off procedure, etc.

o Distribute locks for lockers
o Create badges for new employees
Proctor pre-employment testing
Schedule new hire round tables
Coordinate/communicate announcements and events
Taking notes during meetings
Create monthly displays for plant initiatives
Coordinate and assist in the production interview process
Other duties as assigned
Typical Day: Top Three Technical Skills: Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel.
SAP experience a plus HR experience or experience in a similar role is required Pre-Screening Questions: Do you have experience with Microsoft Office?

Have you worked in Human Resources or held a role where you worked in a role supporting employees?

Must Haves (i.e., years of experience?
) HR experience or experience in a similar role is required (1 year or more).
Also open to students studying human resources or related field.

Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable): Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel.
Highly organized with ability to multi-task Good communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving skills Industry Experience: Manufacturing a plus but not required.
