Our Team Member Resources Coordinator will provide support for strategic and operational functions of human resources including talent acquisition and learning and development. A successful candidate in this role should be people-centric, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be motivated to make a difference.
\n CompetenciesApplicant Tracking System Management: Review candidates in our applicant tracking system, advancing, or archiving them accordingly.Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct introductory conversations, utilize a high level of bilingual proficiency when needed, provide candidate feedback, and build a talent pipeline for future openings.Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, minimizing scheduling conflicts and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Pre-employment and Compliance: Effectively manage the pre-employment process for all incoming team members with the goal of maintaining an average turnaround time of 3 business days. Onboarding: Contribute to a positive onboarding experience by assisting with our buddy system, welcome initiatives, team member announcements, the coordination of new hire orientation and boot camp, and info-sessions with team members, among others tasks. Campus Recruitment: Partner with team members on campus recruiting efforts including registering for career fairs, identifying representatives, and scheduling early recruitment events.Data Management: Collect and organize new hire forms for personnel files and enter relevant employee data into our onboarding and recruitment systems.Learning and Development Support: Utilizing our talent management system, assist with data capture and entry for all learning and development activities. SpecificationsA degree in human resource management, industrial/organizational psychology, business management, or a related field.Previous internship experience and/or 1 year in a related human resources function.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Essential FunctionsLift up to 25 pounds unassisted.Sitting for long periods of time, walking and standing occasionally.
