Job Title: Contract to Hire HR Coordinator Location: Torrance, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $23 - $26 per hour

Job Description: LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client's team on a contract-to-hire basis.
This role will primarily focus on recruiting, while also providing opportunities to expand into broader HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree, a strong willingness to learn, and a passion for supporting HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain applicant tracking systems.
Conduct reference checks and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
HR Support: Assist with employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support the HR team in organizing employee training and development initiatives.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (preferred but not required).
Spanish language proficiency is a plus
