The company has received FDA clearance for the HyperVue Imaging System and is commercializing its products in the U.S. market.

Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team during a crucial stage of development, commercialization, and growth.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to partner with our Senior Management team and plan, develop, lead, and coordinate organizational policies and procedures, Company goals, and strategy related to staffing, recruitment, and retention.
This role will be a key partner in leadership development and talent management, ensuring the organization's growth and sustainability through effective human capital strategies.
Responsibilities
* Work with Senior Management to understand business objectives, standards, and culture, and collaborate to develop strategies associated with employee relations, recruitment, retention, and training.
* Manage/Administer Human Resource Programs that continue to foster positive company culture including employee benefits, compensation, performance, recognition, training and development, morale, productivity, occupational health, and safety.
* Design and implement leadership development frameworks that nurture high-potential employees and strengthen management capabilities across all levels.
* Implement tools such as 360-degree feedback and leadership assessments to identify strengths and areas for development among senior leaders and management teams.
* Develop and manage mentoring and coaching programs that guide emerging leaders, improve leadership skills, and drive employee engagement.
* Manage and improve the annual performance management systems that identify key areas for development, provide actionable feedback, and support employee growth and improvement.
* Research trends for best practices, regulatory changes, new technologies, talent management, and suggest appropriate changes to policies, practices, and resources to Senior Management.
* Manage Employee Onboarding Process.
* Lead and craft employee engagement and community service outreach activities.
* Stay up to date on employment law, monitor and ensure compliance with state, federal, and local legal requirements, and offer best practices and/or updates to maintain compliance.
* Serve as the point of contact for confidential and sensitive employee/employment matters.
* Other duties as required.
Requirements:
* BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; Master's Degree is preferred
* Minimum of five (5) years Human Resources Management experience is required
* Experience as a HR Recruiter is a plus
* In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and Human Resources best practices
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Impeccable ethics and integrity
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to pick-up HR / Payroll Software quickly
* Must be able to balance multiple priorities appropriately
* Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
