Over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain 14.5M square feet of small parcel, personalization, furniture, and manufacturing space in the domestic US, Williams-Sonoma has developed an agile and capable distribution network consisting of the following: Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.
Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi Sutter Street Manufacturing upholstery factories located in North Carolina and Mississippi totaling with over 1,400 full-time employees producing approximately $900 million to $1 billion in sales of upholstered furniture Transportation Department for Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Rail consisting of over 30 transportation professionals located in Memphis, TN 700 associates in our Sourcing offices in 10 countries in Asia and Europe including China, Vietnam, Singapore, India, Italy, and Turkey As the Human Resources Generalist (Associate HRBP), you will be an individual contributor responsible for advising associates and managers on various strategic and tactical HR programs with the support of other HR leadership.
The onsite Human Resources Generalist position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.

With the support and guidance of a member of HRBP Leadership, your responsibilities include: Administrative Functions: Support in various tactical HR functions, including streamlining communications, process improvements for various ad-hoc HR programs, pulling reports for client requests, etc.
Providing various support and answering questions related to policies and procedures, leaves of absence, and various other HR-related questions.
Maintain org charts and associate lists, process associate changes, schedule meetings, etc.
Associate Relations: Advise and coach associates on various HR-related issues; support at a more detailed customer level - with specific issues or concerns specific to the overall operation.
HR Collaboration: Partner with HR business partner and COE colleagues to leverage expertise and best practices across business teams.
Partner with HR counterparts to facilitate and funnel HR programs across the operations group.
HR programs can include succession planning, performance management, internship programs, etc.
HR Metrics: Analyze staffing, retention, exit interview data, and other information to provide qualitative, quantitative, and actionable insights.
Support an HR Leader in presenting the next steps and suggestions.
Onboarding & Offboarding-Provide support in welcoming and properly exiting associates at WSI.
Create streamlined processes to properly onboard new associates through new hire orientation and support management and exiting associates through exit interviews.
Recognition Programs - Provide support by helping manage our recognition programs through coordinating communications and tracking nominations.
Supports clients at the Management level and below Other duties as assigned Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates.... Bachelor's Degree (Business or HR preferred) At least 3 years of HR experience Knowledge of HR practices, including employment law, compensation, performance management, leadership development, coaching, employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
